I'm moving!!!

A Big Thanks for 5 years of business!!

Hey Y'all!

I hope your day is WONDERFUL!!  A lot has been going on here the past few days!  We up loaded Sweat Session # 3 to face book https://www.facebook.com/yahoo#!/photo.php?v=10200830660354968&set=vb.117809434914466&type=3&theater  and to You Tube http://www.youtube.com/user/HAAdventureBootCamp for the ones that don't do face book.  Let us know what you think of them.  We are working on the next few now, so we would love some feedback! 

I have to say I love doing them.  I had someone ask me the other day why I make them.  They wanted to know why  I'm sharing so much info for free.  I had to ponder on that one for a moment because I love what I do.  I really feel like this is my ministry.  Yes, I need to pay bills but in the end it is very rewarding to help people to take the right step toward a healthy lifestyle.  I'm not sure why God has me doing this right now. I'm not sure where He will have me go from here.  I was in the middle of bible study today and ran across Psalm 119.  Give me understanding so I can obey your law with all my heart.  Direct me in the path of your commands for there I find delight.  Turn my heart toward you oh Lord and Turn my eyes away from worhtless things...  I would like to know the future but for now I will take one step of faith at a time and trust the plans He has for me.

We also are celebrating Humble Area Adventure Boot Camps 5 year Anniversary.  So hard to believe it's been that long.  I started out driving over an hour at 2:30 every morning to Kingwood to start my business.  Now I live close by work and enjoy every day of it.  I'm so grateful for every one who has supported our business.  THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!  You are allowing us to do what we love.

I'm just getting home from this mornings boot camp.  It feels so good to be back in a routine.  I sure miss my ladies during our week off!

SWEAT SESSION #1

Hey Y'all!!

If you love learning you love the discipline that goes with it.  Proverbs 12:1

Recently I have started looking into taking an online course so I can become a life coach.  I started weighing out my options and praying about it.  I'm trying to decide if it's worth the money and if I have time for it.  Then I ran across this verse today in my bible study.  Bam it hit me.  It's not about the time or the money.  It's about the discipline.  I have time for books, facebook, and t.v. I would just need to be disciplined not to get wrapped up in those things and focus on something that will help me be a better fitness expert. 

I know God allowed me to go through so much last year and I'm excited to see how He will use me to help others.  I would love to be able to help people with cancer change their eating habits so the effects of all the drugs aren't as painful.  Maybe I could be a life coach to people going through some of the things I went through last year.  It's hard having two small kids and always being sick.  I know some people can't be joyful and thankful during times when you think there is no end in sigh. 

Only God knows the plans He has for me and I know they are greater then I could ever imagine.  Until then I will take it one day at a time and discipline myself to study and continue to learn ways to be a better wife, mother, friend, daughter, sister, and fitness expert. 

Ways I Can Live it...

-Make a list of things I need to do and discipline myself to do at least one a day.

-Find an accountability partner.  Tell them my plans and ask them to check on me a few times a month. 

-Commit to it for at least a week.  I may like the results and find it's easy to fit studying in.


PS I signed up for the Sea Brook lucky trails marathon on March 17  Pray for me to do good.  I've really been enjoying running again!!!
